Same Day jewelry repair

Many diamonds, including are certified by independent institutions such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the International Gemological Institute (IGI), HRD Antwerp, and the Gem Certification & Assurance Lab (GCAL). To grade a diamond, trained professionals use specialized equipment to assess cut, color, clarity, and carat. They may also plot a diagram of its clarity characteristics and graphic representation of its proportions. Certifications may also include notes on symmetry, polish, fluorescence, shape, or measurements.
Certifications are essential as they detail not only the quality characteristics of your stone but also its authenticity. During the certification process, most diamonds are laser inscribed with a unique number that correlates to the number on its certification — meaning that, under magnification, you'll always be able to visually confirm that the diamond you have is the same one that was certified. We digitally deliver to customers with their purchase. Providing digital certifications in lieu of paper certifications decrease our paper use, the size of our packaging, and our shipping emissions, therefore reducing our carbon footprint.
Jewelry Repair All jewelry repairs are performed in-house at Brahim's Jewelry by our skilled team of bench jewelers. Whether you have a cracked ring or a bent or broken prong, our shop will inspect and diagnose the best options to ensure your jewelry can be worn safely. Standard repairs are typically completed within a week, but if you need it sooner, ask your consultant about our Express Same Day Service.
Stone Replacement If you've lost or damaged your precious stones or diamonds, Jewelry Designs has most replacements available on-site, with a stone setter on standby. For more unique gems, we have an extensive network of resources to find the perfect match. In some cases, we may even custom-cut a stone to fit your jewelry. Our jewelers will always check the integrity of the prongs, channels, or any metal holding your stones.
Jewelry Restoration While Brahim's Jewelry can create nearly any style from scratch, we understand that some antique and heirloom pieces are irreplaceable. Jewelry Restoration is for items that need more than routine repair. This complex and rewarding work is carried out in-house by one of our master jewelry artisans.
